THANKS TO OUR MANY SPONSORS!
Buster Night Success
The Buster Race Night at Limerick Greyhound Stadium held on Friday the 6th proved to be a huge success. A large number of people turned up for the event and a hugely enjoyable night was had by all. 480 tickets were sold raising much needed funds which will allow us to upgrade and improve information technology in the school. The school received wonderful support from local businesses for the event. Many thanks to Mr. BInman who sponsored the buster prize of 400 euro which was won by Pat McMahon of Clonfadda. The exact sum of money raised has not been finalised but it is expected to be approximately 5700 euro!
Huge thanks to all parents who bought and sold tickets, donated prizes, helped with the raffle on the night and gathered sponsorship. A special word of thanks to Nicola Wood who was hugely responsible for the success of the event.

Cricket Fun!
The boys in 5th and 6th have been having lots of fun learning how to play cricket the past 4 Fridays.Cricket: They have been lucky enough to be trained by a professional Cricket coach for the past 4 weeks. They thoroughly enjoyed it and have proven to be quite talented at this sport. We are hoping to get some equipment from our coach Chris to continue this.
